Barbara and family I am so sorry to hear about your mothers loss; so soon after your brothers. I was able to only hear nice stories about her from Liz and Bill and she seemed to be a sharp witted woman. My condolences to you, John and the rest of the family. I hope to see you in Chicago again soon on a happier occasion. Take care.

Dear Barbara and family, I was saddened to hear of your Mothers passing, she was a bright light, as well as the rest of the Kowalski family, in my growing up years. Your mom was always encouraging, always welcoming, and always kind to me. I will remember many good things that she has done throughout the years: leaving me snacks when I babysat Maya during your yearly vacations, taking us to NYC for the Nutcracker every year (and going to eat crepes!), eating dinner at your house often (and what a wonderful cook she was!), and encouraging me in music. It was the little things she did that made me feel like she was a second mother to me, and for that I am eternally greatful. May God's precious angels surround your radiant mother as she finds her new mansion in heaven. Loved her then, and am looking forward to meeting her again in heaven. God's blessings and peace be upon you Barbara, and your family in this time of sorrow. I also had no idea that Bill had passed away in July of this year. Again, overwhelming sadness. He was a wonderful young man, full of good moral values and kindness. Please accept my heartfelt condolences at the loss of your brother.
